The ELP partner programme
Everyone who builds the company owns part of what they build.
The programme is how we share value created with the people who create it. It is designed for a company that runs on margin: rewards track results, not headcount.
Quarterly results share
A fixed share of operating cash flow is distributed each quarter to everyone in the programme, in proportion to role band and time in the quarter. Paid from profit, so it is real money or it is nothing.
Health care everywhere we hire
Employer-paid health coverage in Canada and the United States, a private health plan in Brazil, and a health allowance or plan in each European country, chosen with you.
Ownership week
One week each quarter in which you work on anything that improves a metric you can name, with a readout at the end. Many of our research notes started this way.
Learning and hardware budget
An annual allowance for courses, books and conferences, plus the equipment you choose. Unused learning budget rolls over for one year.
Remote first, written down
Decisions and meetings are documented so no time zone is second class. Two in-person gatherings a year, travel paid.
Leave that is actually taken
Minimum four weeks’ paid leave plus local holidays, parental leave above the local statutory minimum, and a rule that managers take theirs.
Partner track for commission roles
Regional partners earn commission on pilots and renewals in their territory and can convert to equity-bearing employment after a year of results.
Transparent bands
Salary bands by role and region are shared with candidates at the first conversation. No negotiation penalty for asking.

Do I need to pay to do the task?
No. The tasks are designed for the Free plan.
Will my application be read by software?
No. A person reads the CV and opens the shared conversation. We may use ELP GPT to help us organise applications, never to reject them.
What happens to my CV?
It is stored securely for the recruitment process and deleted on request or after twelve months. See the Privacy Policy.
Can I apply to more than one role?
Yes, but one strong sample beats three rushed ones. Pick the role you want most and mention the others in your note.
