These terms govern your use of ELP GPT, a proprietary AI model and intelligent automation platform developed and operated by ELP Ventures. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You need an email address to sign in. Keep access to that email secure; anyone who can read it can sign in as you. You must be at least 13 years old, or older where the law of your country requires.

Using ELP GPT

• Don't use ELP GPT to break the law, harm others, or create malware, spam or content that exploits anyone.
• Don't try to get around usage limits, disrupt the service, or access other people's data.
• You are responsible for actions you confirm in connected apps.

Answers can be wrong

ELP GPT is an AI system and can make mistakes. Check important information, and get professional advice for legal, medical, financial and safety decisions.

Your content

You retain rights in the original content you submit. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use outputs you lawfully receive. AI outputs may not be unique, protected by copyright, or free from third-party claims. You authorize processing necessary to provide, secure and improve the service as described in our privacy policy.

Plans, payments and codes

• The free plan includes a daily message allowance. ELP GPT Pro costs $50 USD a month or $480 USD a year, plus applicable taxes, billed through Stripe on the web.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time under Manage billing; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds are handled as required by law, or at our discretion.
• Coupon codes and credits have no cash value, can't be transferred, and may expire or be withdrawn.

Changes and ending

We may change features or these terms; we will update the date above and tell you about significant changes. You can stop using ELP GPT and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

ELP GPT is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, ELP Ventures is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ownership of ELP GPT technology

ELP GPT comprises proprietary software, product design, model-programme engineering, orchestration policies, agent workflows and related intellectual property developed or lawfully controlled by ELP Ventures and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of ELP GPT source code, models, internal methods, trademarks or confidential technology to users. Mathematical principles and independent scientific knowledge are not asserted to be exclusively owned by ELP Ventures.

Third-party models, tools and connected actions

ELP GPT develops and operates original AI system components while certain model selections, inference requests, searches and tool operations may depend on separately owned third-party technology. ELP GPT product names do not mean every model weight or external provider model was independently trained by ELP Ventures. Third-party services can have their own terms, pricing and privacy practices. Features, providers and available capabilities may change. You must have permission to connect accounts, submit data and authorize actions.

Copyright and third-party trademarks

Do not submit copyrighted materials without appropriate rights or permissions. Model providers, publishers, products and trademarks mentioned in independent comparisons retain their respective rights. Comparisons do not imply partnership or endorsement. To report alleged infringement, review our Copyright & DMCA page or contact support.

Evaluation and technical performance

Descriptions of research architecture, efficiency goals and model orchestration are not guarantees of latency, accuracy, uptime, numerical performance or superiority over a competing model. Actual performance depends on inputs, the selected model, available compute and tools, region, workload and version. Only express commitments in an applicable agreement are contractual.

AI output and human oversight

Outputs are generated by probabilistic systems and can be incorrect, biased, outdated or incomplete. Outputs should not be treated as verified facts, professional advice or a guarantee of results. Review citations and important decisions. See our AI limitations guide. No model name or product description guarantees artificial general intelligence.

Security and acceptable use

Do not attempt unauthorized access, extract another user's data, circumvent safeguards, distribute malicious code, exploit minors, violate intellectual property or privacy rights, or use the service for unlawful or deceptive purposes. We may apply proportionate restrictions to prevent harm and preserve service reliability.

Disputes and statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes non-waivable consumer, privacy or other statutory rights under applicable law. If a dispute arises, please contact us first to seek an informal resolution. Applicable mandatory legal protections continue to apply irrespective of the governing-law clause.
