I didn't get my sign-in code

Check your spam folder for an email from ELP GPT. Codes expire after 15 minutes; tap Send a new code to get another.

How do I install the app?

On iPhone, open elpgpt.com in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android and computers, open the menu in ELP GPT and choose Get the app.

How do I cancel Pro?

On elpgpt.com, open the account menu and choose Manage billing. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.

How do I delete my account?

Open the account menu, then Delete account. Your chats, memory and credits are deleted and any subscription is cancelled.
