Safety · Trust & transparency

We say what the product is, and what it is not.

Trust is built by being precise about claims. This page lists what we publish, what we deliberately do not claim, and how to reach a person when something is wrong.

What we publish

Open by default

What we do not claim

Precision over promotion

A list we keep so that marketing never outruns engineering.

No benchmark claims

"ELP GPT 6 AGI" is a product tier name expressing ambition. No independently verified claim of artificial general intelligence is made, and the product says so in its own FAQ.

No audited financials on the website

We do not publish a company valuation or dollar figures for the Ontario infrastructure initiative. That initiative is a proposed future programme, subject to project financing, planning and approvals, and is labelled as forward-looking wherever it appears.

No fabricated social proof

Catalogue numbers are computed from the product at build time. Customer stories are labelled as illustrative deployments until a customer agrees to be named.

No affiliation by inspiration

Our work draws on decades of published machine-learning research. Citing it does not imply the endorsement of its authors.

How to reach a person

  • Security vulnerabilities: follow the disclosure policy. We acknowledge within two business days and do not pursue good-faith researchers.
  • Copyright and content complaints: the copyright policy explains how to send a notice and what happens next.
  • Privacy requests: access, correction and deletion are self-service in the app; anything else goes through the Privacy Policy contact.
  • Everything else: the contact form reaches the team; account and billing questions are fastest through the Help Center.

Material changes to terms, pricing or data handling are announced to account holders by email before they take effect.
