Privacy policy

ELP GPT is the proprietary AI model and automation platform developed by ELP Ventures (“we”). This policy describes personal information processing across the ELP-controlled application, authorized integrations and independent model or infrastructure providers.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address, used to sign you in with a one-time code.
• Your chats: the messages you send, the answers you receive and chat titles, so you can return to them on any device.
• Memory: facts you ask ELP GPT to remember. You can see and delete them at any time under Memory.
• Connected apps: if you connect an app such as Gmail or Google Calendar, we store the connection so ELP GPT can act for you. Actions that send, change or delete anything wait for your confirmation.
• Usage: how many messages you send each day, your plan, credits and redeemed codes.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We receive your subscription status, never your full card number.
• Business and contact inquiries: name, email, organization, purpose and the message you voluntarily submit to route and respond to inquiries.
• Careers and talent network: name, email, chosen area of interest, region, application message and CV you choose to upload. CVs are held in private storage and are not made public.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, used to keep the service secure and working.

How we use it

• To answer your messages, search the web when you ask, and run actions you confirm.
• To keep your chats, memory and settings in sync across devices.
• To bill subscriptions, apply credits and prevent abuse.
• To review employment expressions of interest and contact applicants about relevant opportunities, where lawful.
• To evaluate business inquiries, respond to sales requests and manage communications.
• To fix problems and keep ELP GPT reliable and secure.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use your chats for advertising.

Recruitment and business inquiry information

Applying to the talent network does not mean a position is open or that employment is offered. Access to submissions and CVs is restricted to authorized reviewers and service providers as needed. We may contact you for a role matching your stated interests, subject to your rights and applicable laws. Applicants can request access, correction or deletion by contacting support@elpgpt.com.

Career and business contact forms use secure server-side processing. To reduce abuse, the service may temporarily retain a pseudonymous hash of the requesting network address. Please do not provide identity documents, medical details, passwords or confidential third-party records in these forms.

Proprietary platform and third-party inference

The ELP GPT interface, workflow orchestration and product intelligence are developed by ELP Ventures. Depending on configuration, requests may also be processed by independent model, cloud infrastructure, search, transcription or integration providers. Those providers do not become ELP Ventures intellectual property merely because their output is used in ELP GPT. Data sharing is governed by the relevant feature, user authorization and applicable terms.

Who processes your data

To produce answers, your messages are processed by the AI model and web search providers we work with, under contracts and their own terms. We also use providers for hosting and databases, email delivery, payments (Stripe) and app connections. They receive only what they need to provide their service.

Application retention

Career submissions may be retained for reviewing current or future opportunities, subject to retention limits and applicable employment and privacy laws. A defined automated deletion schedule is not yet implemented for the talent-network intake; request early deletion using our support address. We will review and implement a formal retention schedule before scaling recruitment.

How long we keep it

We keep your chats, memory and account until you delete them. Deleting a chat or memory removes it from ELP GPT right away. Deleting your account removes your account, chats, memory, credits and connections, and cancels any subscription. Backups are kept for a limited time and then overwritten. We may keep billing records where the law requires it.

Your choices

• Delete any chat from the chat list, and any memory under Memory.
• Disconnect apps under Connectors.
• Delete your account in the app: open the account menu, then Delete account.
• Ask for a copy of your data or a correction by emailing support@elpgpt.com.

Children

ELP GPT is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we will delete the account.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted to the people and systems that need it, and each customer can only read their own chats.

Research, service improvement and training distinctions

ELP GPT may analyze technical reliability, usage and user feedback to improve service quality, in accordance with law and user settings. Processing a request with an external model is not by itself evidence that the request is used to train a proprietary ELP GPT foundation model. Any materially different training use of personal information requires a separate lawful basis and appropriate notice or consent.

AI providers and international processing

Depending on the model and features selected, prompts and related context may be sent to third-party AI inference, transcription, search and tool providers to fulfill your request. These services may process data outside your country. Do not submit sensitive or confidential data unless you understand which providers will process it and have appropriate authorization.

Automated decisions and model limitations

ELP GPT generates suggestions and responses, not guaranteed facts or independently validated professional conclusions. Review consequential outputs and any action authorization requests before relying on them. Additional information is available in our AI limitations guide.

Privacy requests and consent

You may ask us about access, correction, deletion, applicable consent withdrawal and our use of service providers by contacting support@elpgpt.com. Requests may be subject to identity verification, lawful retention obligations and technical limitations. We will respond in accordance with applicable privacy law.
