AI adoption needs worker confidence

The Microsoft research showing a significant gap between business leaders and employees on AI confidence is telling. At ELP, we've always believed AI should augment workers, not replace them.

The 41% employee confidence figure compared to 84% of leaders suggests a communication problem. Companies need to better explain how AI will actually help workers rather than threaten their positions.

ELP's approach focuses on practical applications that demonstrably improve workflows. We believe AI should be implemented with clear benefits for all stakeholders, which is why we never operate in customer apps without approval.

The transition to AI-powered workplaces requires more than just technology—it needs thoughtful implementation and genuine worker engagement.
