Our people philosophy is to recognize verifiable value created, not simply hours worked or titles held. We are evaluating a program with four elements: Outcome Reviews that recognize measurable customer impact; Builder Contributions that consider useful research, product improvements and reusable intellectual property; Participation Pathways that may include performance recognition or carefully structured equity where offered; and Whole-Person Support that could include locally appropriate healthcare, flexibility, continuing education and mobility support.
